The Entire Experience Was Exceptional

We were at the Atlanta Camping and RV Show located at the Expo Center on Jonesboro Road looking at various camper dealerships on January 31, 2016. We had previously owned a large pop-up camper with a slide out and two travel trailers (one was very large) over the past several years. So, we are experienced campers and very familiar with camper dealerships.

We had the best buying experience ever with Campers Inn RV-Atlanta! Our sales person was the Sales Manager Gary Cochran. Mr. Cochran did not pressure us in any way and gave us outstanding customer service. We also had an excellent experience with the Finance Director Eric Stafford. Mr. Stafford assisted us with getting a loan with a great interest rate and terms.

We took possession of our new camper on February 11, 2016. Everyone at the camper dealership was polite and courteous. Mr. Cochran met us at the door and introduced us to John Briggs, who would be conducting our walk through and demonstration. Mr. Cochran also introduced us to Travis who would be preparing our camper for towing. We later met with the Finance Director again and Parts Manager Trye Rogers. The entire experience was exceptional.

We will gladly recommend Campers Inn RV to our friends and neighbors!

Keep Doing What You're Doing . . .

Donna Mead is the best salesperson I have ever had when purchasing any of our RVs, and we have bought six over the past 11 years. There is no room on this sheet to list all of the positive things we could say in this letter. Her service to us has been 5 stars all the way. She has a personality and was accommodating to our every need. She had every little problem taken care of. We don’t ever want any other salesperson if we ever trade-in or buy another RV. We will always come to Campers Inn RV of Jacksonville first.

We are glad we took delivery of our trailer at Campers Inn RV of Jacksonville rather than the one in Leesburg which is only 10 miles from our home. Your facility is top-notch and has so many friendly people. We got to meet the owner and were very impressed. Loved the popcorn and hot dogs on Saturday. Everyone was super nice and helped in every department.

We also loved that you had a campground we could stay in. We stayed two nights and were able to get things fixed that we found were wrong. Again, Donna was available if I had a problem or question.

We also have to mention your service department. They were top-notch and very knowledgeable. I wish I could remember the names of the two guys that were available every time we had a problem and found something that needed fixing because they were great!

Keep doing what you’re doing, and if we are ever in the market again for another RV, we’ll be back to you first!

This email is intended for Ricky Chnyoweth. My wife and I recently bought a travel trailer from Camper's Inn and I wanted to pass along some accolades for Frenchy. Our initial communications were via phone and email. Frenchy was extremely helpful and very response, including taking some additional pictures upon our request. In person, when we first came to view the few we had selected, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our timing for trading in our C class RV was not ideal. It was literally the day before a week long camping trip down in the FL Keys. Picking up the trailer was a very smooth process. The tech that did our walk through was awesome as well (Rick I believe...?). The reason for my rave review for Frenchy came the day after when we were home and ready to head out. We literally had everything packed up (including the kids buckled in their car seats) and ready to hit the road , when I decided to do a quick check of the lights and only half of them worked. I checked the connection, the bulb, fuses, etc... and nothing. I called Frenchy hoping to get a technician to help troubleshoot but of course it was saturday and no one was onsite. He offered a number of suggestions to try but unfortunately no-go. Online I read that fuses and relays failing when trailering are common with our vehicle. After several trips to Auto Zone.... still nothing. Frenchy called me back a couple times after getting into contact with a tech on his day off and reaching out to a friend of his back in the Northeast offering other things to try. He really went out of his way to make sure we were able to make our trip. We probably talked half a dozen times that Saturday. I can't say enough how much this meant. After all of this it was actually the back of the plug on our tow vehicle popping out when the plug was inserted. the plug appeared to be all the way in and the plug cover even latched, but it wasn't fully engaged (I was ticked it was something this silly) but at least we found it after several hours. We road and had an absolutely wonderful trip and LOVE our new trailer. So much so, that we took it out again the next weekend and have a number of other trips already booked. We will definitely be back if we ever need to trade up and will send anyone we know who is in the market for one over to see Frenchy. I don't typically write testimonials so hopefully the fact that I did (and the length of it... :-) shows just how impressed we were with Frenchy and your team there at Camper's Inn. Thank you so much.

I reached out to your parts department over this past weekend, Saturday Sept 28,2013. On Friday evening, another camper side swiped my MH and tore of my passenger side mirror.
I reached Jay at your parts department and he was absolutely wonderful. I was in panick mode, trying to figure out if I could get a replacement mirror to help me get home safely on Sunday.
He did some research for me, called me back multiple times and kept me posted on his progress. He was knowledgeable and very polite. A truely positive experience in working with him. You should be proud to have employees like Jay, as he made me feel like I was a regular customer of his and went out of his way to help me. Although we were unable to resolve my situation in this very short time frame, which was no fault of Jay's, he did help.
I am in the customer service buisness and having opportunities to talk with an individual who was as helpful as Jay, who went out of his way for a stranger, makes it all worthwhile.

I know I thanked Jay on our last call Saturday, but would you please thank him again, and you should say thanks to Jay for his commitment to his customers and the service he provides. Great job!!

We just wanted to commend you on running a fine organization. We've bought/owed our RV for a couple of years and have been very happy with it. We've used all 3 Camper Inn in New England and have had the same experiences. But more, when we've had issues (minor repairs, questions, support), the Service folks have been not merely competent but respectful of any concerns we might have and they genuinely wanted to help. The word "respect" goes such a long way in our opinion. We know nothing is perfect but we are impressed when a company stands behind there product(s).

CommentJust want to say thanks. My wife and I purchased a Rockwood Freedom 2280 last year from you folks. Recently we stayed at a campground that gave us the opportunity to use our water and electric hook ups for the first time. Alas, we couldn't get the water filter housing loose and our sink spigot had no pressure. We stopped by on our way home from our 4 day stay and Beth and your service folks took care of everything for us. They were courteous and went the extra mile to make sure we understood the nuances of our trailer (We LOVE our trailer). I've lost the name of the young man who helped us but I believe Beth will know who he was. Please extend our sincere thanks to both. Between our sales experience with Rick Gage and the service staff, we'll never shop anywhere else. Thank you again!

I would like to thank Mr. Mike Bowman and your staff for the wonderful job they did in assisting us in our purchase of the camper we intend to use with our grandchildren. The courtesy and professionalism was above and beyond expectations. All items we pointed out that we felt needed attention were addressed and taken care of. We were completely amazed to see the attention that was taken to insure our issues were resolved. Mike Bowman was very instrumental in helping us with our selection. Even though we emphasized we were looking for something other than a class A or C vehicle at this time. Kathy forwarded this to me so I could add a comment or two. She said I would be more detailed about our experience than she would have been.

One thing she will tell you is that I do NOT put up with bad Customer Service. I have no problems in telling salesmen, managers, district managers or a CEO is that the only thing they sell me, that I can not buy elsewhere is their Customer Service. I have done so a number of times.

Well you and your crew EXCEEDED all expectations.

Each person there was willing to take time to answer questions, explain everything in detail and in terms a novice could understand, every feature of the Motor Home as well as your great organization. We felt like a part of a caring family.

Jody was great in helping us find what works well for us, Billy did an outstanding walk-through(he obviously knows his RVs), Keith was extremely efficient with the paperwork and friendly, Cathy was very helpful with Kathy's (my wife's) health problem and you answered anything we needed.

I told my neighbor that we had just dealt with the most honest no B.S. company in Georgia.
