Hey Randy:

My husband (Donald Pate) and I purchased a camper from you and I just wanted to take a minute to tell you, we were very happy with the service and hospitality we received during our purchase. We also enjoyed the hot dogs, drinks and snacks while we shopped!

I would also like to put in a good work for Mr. Billy Bishop (shop manager), he was very friendly and helpful. We have owned many campers in the past and I must say that he was the best shop/service manager of all.

We've called numerous RV places and you guys (especially Jake) was the only one that called us back and worked with us. We are now in process of buying a Columbus Palomino. Thank you Jake for taking the time in working with us and especially calling us back. You wouldn't think it was that hard to call back for the others, apparently it was and it is now their loss!!!

I would like to say that the experience we had at Campers Inn of Pittsburgh was excellent. Dean who did our PDI was great and took his time with us. He answered all our questions and was patient with us. Great guy. Ted who did our paperwork was also excellent. He had everything in order and the process was very easy. The only bad thing was the weather . Other than that we could not of been happier.

I am new to the RV world , and had an in depth meeting with Toby Wheeler as he knowledgably walked me through the various aspects of options based on my personal requirements .. I came away from the meeting narrowing down my interests to 3 selections and look forward to our next meeting. He gets a 5 Star * * * * * rating from me.

I discovered that Campers Inn had a location in Fredericksburg VA and I went there without an appointment on a Holiday weekend. The sales staff was there but service was closed. The sales lady was fantastic and did all that she could to resolve my issues. She notified the Service Manager that I would be in the next day and she found a campsite for me. The next morning, Kyle, the service manager told me he was booked solid but would do his best to work me in which he did. For 2 days he and his team worked on my RV and even gave me a complete walk through. The entire Campers Inn Team at Fredericksburg VA is to be commended for their professionalism and stepping up for a customer in a bind.

Comments: I'm a new travel trailer owner and have lots to learn about their maintenance. I called all of the trailer places within a 75 mile radius and only two could winterize my trailer quickly and only one would do it while I waited. Also, all of the 'other guys' wanted $145 plus the cost of the antifreeze to do the same job as Campers Inn which did the job for less than half of their quoted price. Even though I arrived earlier than my appointment time, they started immediately on my trailer. Being a RV novice, I asked the mechanic and service guy a lot of questions regarding winterizing and they patiently answered all my questions. Although I have to drive an extra 30 minutes, I think I have found a great replacement to Camping World to service my trailer.....too bad I didn't buy my trailer from Campers Inn.

My husband and I would like to let all of you at Campers Inn RV know how pleased we were with your service! Everyone we met was so friendly! I knew when I walked up to the service desk and met Natasha in person, that this was going to be a good experience, and it was! We called/interviewed quite a number of RV places in New York, Pennsylvania and New Hampshire before making our decision to come to Campers Inn RV. Once we heard about Campers Inn and Ray, we knew this was where we would get the kind of expertise and service we needed to fix the truck camper we just bought. We were not disappointed. Natasha and Ray kept us informed every step of the way on the campers progress with emails and pictures and they answered all of our many questions.
We feel like our money was well spent as we can see what a wonderful job Ray did on our camper. He had the foresight to fix things that we hadn't even thought of! We will not hesitate to recommend Campers Inn RV and tell of the great service we received there. We are very excited as this spring we going to see the Grand Canyon! We will be gone for a month and very importantly, we now have peace of mind knowing that our camper is in tip top shape thanks to Ray.

Comments: My wife and I are not first time RV buyers, we went to the Charlotte RV show looking for a specific travel trailer floorplan, weight range and price we were willing to pay. We talked to every dealer at the show and either couldn't find the floorplan we wanted or the wright was not in the range we wanted or the price was to high. We talked several minutes with a sales person at the Campers Inn display and they showed us the floorplan we were looking for in the weight we were looking for. We agreed on a very good price and was told by Jason from the Kings Mountain location that they had one of the units in production and could make a couple of changes that we wanted to the unit. Jason called us the first of the next week and apologized saying the unit was to far along for them to make the changes but he could place an custom order for one for us for the same price that we had agreed on ( which gave us the chance to pick the interior color scheme) which would come off line in 4 to 5 weeks. The unit came off line right on time, when we arrived Saturday morning we did a walk thru of the unit with a service tech making sure we knew how to operate everything. We were given a coupon for the parts department and some camping coupons, we took care of the financing while the service department set-up the hitch for my truck and the new camper. Everyone there treated us very nicely and made sure we were taken care of. I want to give a special thanks to Jason, Ed and Don who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of through the entire process and kept us up to date on the progress of out new travel trailer. Campers Inn has earned our future business .

Comments: Campers Inn in Byron GA. We purchased a beautiful 2017 Sanibel. Our salesperson, Larry, was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. We had left Camping World after a very bad experience, however, we are very grateful to Campers Inn for their understanding. I would Highly recommend this dealer. Also, the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Will definitely leave a followup after we have had our unit for 90 days to update you on any service issues, which I am sure there won't be any.
