Description

This Jayco Seismic 4112 toy hauler fifth wheel features a 12'2" cargo area, a half bath, sofa with folding backrests, a loft, triple slides, and more!

You can enter the cargo area either through the side door of the toy hauler or through the ramp door at the rear. When it is time to load and unload your off-road toys the ramp door comes in handy. Plus there are two opposing sofas and a cargo table, 32" TV, overhead cabinets, and a power bunk for entertaining or sleeping inside the cargo space. A convenient half bath with a toilet and tub/shower is available to clean up after some outdoor fun. The sink and medicine cabinet are right outside the door.

In the main living area there is a slide with a sofa with folding backrests and two tables along the road side wall. Adjacent to the slide you will find an entertainment center on the interior wall. A loft is available for extra sleeping space.

On the curbside of the fifth wheel there is slide with a 12 cu. ft. refrigerator, three burner range, and microwave allowing more space in the kitchen area. Overhead cabinets and counter space is along the interior wall. There is a peninsula with a double kitchen sink and plenty of additional counter space for preparing for meals which makes this kitchen feel like home.

Stepping up the stairs towards the front, the bathroom is on the left side. Inside the bathroom there is a sink, medicine cabinet, linen cabinet, a tub/shower, and a toilet. You can enter into the bathroom from the hallway or through the sliding door in the bedroom.

In the bedroom there is a slide out with a king bed and overhead cabinets. Across from the bed you will find a chest and TV. Along the front wall of the room you will enjoy the storage that the walk-in closet provides for your clothing and gear. The corner of the room has a washer/dryer prepped cabinet.

Outside there are two awnings. The first awning is 19' long and covers the patio and main entrance. The second optional awning is a 10' and covers the cargo's man door area.
