What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor/Writer, you’ll manage the service lane from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating customer appointments and managing service lane operations to ensure timely and accurate workflow.
  • Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting RV issues.
  • Performing estimate preparation by calculating costs for parts, labor, and materials.
  • Creating and managing repair orders (ROs), ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
  • Verifying warranty and service contract coverage and explaining policies and exclusions to customers.
  • Communicating clearly with technicians and customers to track repair progress and update on timelines. 
  • Maintaining strong customer satisfaction by resolving concerns and ensuring high-quality service.

What We're Looking For

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
  • Experience:
    • At least one year of experience in RV or automotive service preferred.
  • Abilities:
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
    • Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to learn dealership software (experience with Motility Systems2K is a plus).
    • A passion for customer service and teamwork. 
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a hands-on environment when needed.
