Service Advisor/Writer

What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor/Writer, you’ll manage the service lane from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating customer appointments and managing service lane operations to ensure timely and accurate workflow.
- Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting RV issues.
- Performing estimate preparation by calculating costs for parts, labor, and materials.
- Creating and managing repair orders (ROs), ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
- Verifying warranty and service contract coverage and explaining policies and exclusions to customers.
- Communicating clearly with technicians and customers to track repair progress and update on timelines.
- Maintaining strong customer satisfaction by resolving concerns and ensuring high-quality service.
What We're Looking For
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
- Experience:
- At least one year of experience in RV or automotive service preferred.
- Abilities:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to learn dealership software (experience with Motility Systems2K is a plus).
- A passion for customer service and teamwork.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a hands-on environment when needed.
