Campers Inn RV is seeking a Sales Manager who is passionate about team leadership, sales forecasting, and deal closing. In this key role, you’ll guide a dynamic sales team, manage dealership performance, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional RV buying experience.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day sales operations, including inventory management, resource planning, and CRM proficiency to track leads and optimize performance. You’ll work closely with your team to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining our commitment to outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team through strong team leadership and coaching
  • Implement effective sales forecasting strategies to meet monthly and annual goals
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate product availability
  • Utilize CRM proficiency to manage leads, track performance, and optimize customer relationships
  • Drive revenue through exceptional deal closing and customer engagement
  • Coordinate finance, legal, and sales processes to ensure compliance and profitability
  • Stay informed on RV industry trends and dealership performance metrics
  • Attend RV shows and dealership events as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in RV or automotive sales management
  • Abilities:
    • Proven track record in team leadership, sales forecasting, and deal closing
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems (CRM proficiency required)
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed
