What You'll Do

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Follow our trusted door-to-deal RV sales process to help customers find the perfect RV for their needs
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through every step of the buying journey
  • Conduct professional product demos of new and pre-owned towable/motorized RVs
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products, promotions, and dealership inventory
  • Collaborate closely with the Financing & Insurance team to close sales and ensure fair negotiation & smooth transactions
  • Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach
  • Participate in RV shows and dealership events as needed
  • Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and teamwork to everything you do

What We're Looking For

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • License & Certifications:
    • Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required
    • State Sales License (if required by local regulations) 
  • Experience:
    • 1+ year of RV or automotive sales experience preferred 
  • Abilities:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
    • Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering superior customer service
    • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn lead management software (Motility Systems2K, MS Office, etc.)
    • Ability to move RVs of various sizes and lift at least 50 lbs
