Campers Inn RV, the Nation’s Largest Family-Operated RV Dealership, is looking for a motivated RV Detailer to join our growing team! This role is essential in helping every RV look its absolute best through expert cleaning, interior reconditioning, and buffing and polishing.
As an RV Detailer, you’ll prepare both new and used RVs for their next “away,” using professional-grade tools, cleaning products, and finishing techniques. Your attention to detail ensures that every customer drives off with an RV that shines, inside and out.

What You'll Do
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Perform complete interior reconditioning and deep cleaning of RV units
- Conduct buffing and polishing to restore exteriors to showroom condition
- Maintain cleaning supplies, track materials, and record necessary repairs
- Ensure every vehicle meets dealership quality standards before delivery
- Complete all assigned work efficiently and on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience:
- Minimum of one year of detailing experience preferred
- Experience in an RV or automotive dealership environment a plus
- Abilities:
- Strong, detail-oriented work ethic and commitment to quality
- Ability to perform buffing and polishing with precision
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks, including climbing, lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Comfortable working in tight spaces such as RV interiors
- Knowledge of safe handling procedures for solvents and cleaning chemicals
