Payroll Specialist
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining the highest standards of payroll compliance. You’ll also support HR with essential administrative duties, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and people-centered process across our nationwide network.

What You'll Do
- Take ownership of payroll operations and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and payroll compliance.
- Process multiple bi-weekly payrolls using ADP Workforce Now, including all new hires, terminations, and employee status changes.
- Handle garnishment and deductions such as child support, benefits, and tax adjustments.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, I-9 documentation, and payroll audit trails.
- Provide excellent service to employees by researching and resolving payroll concerns quickly and professionally.
- Ensure company policies and federal/state wage laws are followed at all times.
- Support HR with related administrative tasks and benefit processing as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in payroll or human resources; experience with ADP is strongly preferred.
- Abilities:
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and employment regulations.
- Proven accuracy in data entry, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Experience managing garnishment and deductions processing.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and maintain confidentiality.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
