Parts Associate

What You'll Do

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

• Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter
• Help with RV parts ordering, receiving, and inventory management
• Dispatch parts to technicians and service advisors
• Track inventory, perform daily cycle counts, and identify obsolete parts
• Learn about RV parts and accessories to assist customers and team members
• Support sales staff with accessories and special orders

What We're Looking For

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
• License & Certifications:
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required
• Experience:
  • Previous experience in automotive or RV service is preferred
• Abilities:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems a plus
