Campers Inn RV is looking for a motivated and reliable Lot Porter/Forklift Driver to join our growing team! This position plays a key role in keeping our dealership running smoothly by transporting RVs, assisting with vehicle staging, operating forklifts, and maintaining exceptional lot organization. What You'll Do

As a Lot Porter/Forklift Driver, you’ll help ensure that every RV is properly positioned, displayed, and ready for customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Transporting RVs to and from service bays, storage areas, gas stations, and off-site locations.
  • Performing vehicle staging to support sales and service operations.
  • Maintaining lot organization by keeping RVs neatly arranged and easily accessible.
  • Assisting with pre-delivery inspections and keeping units in “sale-ready” condition.
  • Washing and detailing exterior surfaces and ensuring showroom entrances remain clean and presentable.
  • Operating forklifts and other dealership vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Supporting general dealership upkeep and assisting team members as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
  • License/Certificate
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required; forklift certification preferred.
  • Experience:
    • One year of experience in a dealership, automotive, or RV environment preferred.
    • Prior detailing or lot porter experience a plus.
  • Abilities:
    • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional lot appearance.
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Comfortable driving, towing, and maneuvering RVs of various sizes.
    • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and pushing.
