Location Administrator

Campers Inn RV is hiring a detail-oriented Location Administrator to support daily office operations at one of our growing RV dealerships. In this role, you’ll provide essential office administration and administrative support to help ensure smooth, efficient operations for our customers and team members.

What You'll Do

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the dealership location and the corporate office
  • Support daily office administration and maintain smooth workflow across departments
  • Assist managers with HR processes such as onboarding, position changes, and policy compliance
  • Maintain business licenses, certifications, and regulatory documents
  • Process correspondence, memos, reports, and other communications
  • Purchase office supplies and equipment from approved vendors
  • Monitor timekeeping systems and assist with payroll submission
  • Prepare and distribute accounting and operational reports
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure company compliance

What We're Looking For

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience:
    • Minimum one year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in office administration preferred
    • Experience in a retail, dealership, or service environment a plus
  • Abilities:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to learn dealership systems such as Systems2K or Motility
    • Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a climate-controlled office
