Finance & Insurance Business Manager
In this role, you’ll help customers secure RV financing and insurance, work closely with trusted lenders, and ensure a smooth, transparent purchasing experience. You’ll also promote dealership protection products and warranties, helping customers make confident, informed decisions, all while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethics.

What You'll Do
As part of our dealership’s leadership team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Presenting financing and insurance options to RV buyers in a professional, transparent manner.
- Maintaining strong lender relations to secure competitive rates and flexible programs for customers.
- Preparing and processing all contracts and documents accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring full compliance and ethics with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Working closely with the sales team to maximize product penetration, including extended service plans, protection packages, and warranty programs.
- Training sales staff on finance options and benefits to ensure every guest receives complete information.
- Supporting the dealership’s goals for profitability, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
What We're Looking For
- Education
- College degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience:
- At least one year of F&I experience in an RV or automotive environment.
- Abilities:
- Strong understanding of compliance and ethics in financing and insurance.
- Proven experience managing lender relations and closing financing deals.
- Ability to meet and exceed product penetration and sales performance goals.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership systems (e.g., Systems2K).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
