Entry Level Technician
Campers Inn RV is looking for an Entry-Level RV Technician to join our growing Service Department! No experience? No problem - we’ll train you! Our in-house technician training program will help you build a solid foundation in RV repair, maintenance, and diagnostics. Plus, we’ll provide you with a free set of basic tools, which are yours to keep after 12 months of employment

What You'll Do
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Perform routine maintenance on RVs, including oil changes, battery checks, and lubrication
- Assist in inspecting, testing for, and troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues
- Help verify measurements, parts clearances, and component fit
- Support repairs and maintenance of RV systems like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Learn to diagnose and repair a variety of RV components under supervision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- License & Certifications:
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required
- State Sales License (if required by local regulations)
- Experience:
- No experience necessary, but basic mechanical aptitude is preferred
- Abilities:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfort using basic tool/power tools safely
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety procedures
- Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs; must meet OSHA safety requirements
