Tommy & I wanted to let you know what a very pleasant time we had doing business with your business in the purchase of our new travel trailer. As I told you we did go to another place of business to compare prices. We both left that establishment with an uneasy feeling. Not that they were rude to us but we were just not comfortable. There was a sense of pressure for us to buy right then and we told them from the beginning we were shopping. We were up front with them and told them we had already been some where else. When we left you we told you the same thing and you urged us to do just that. We so much appreciated that about you. We practically spent two days with you and your people and could not have been more pleased with the way you treated us. There was no pressure and no running back and forth to the sales manager trying to make a deal. And while I'm at it, we would like to give praise to your shop man, Billy. He is very knowledgable about the product you carry, very helpful with any questions we had, very friendly and we appreciated that about him. You definately have a huge assest to your company with an individual like Billy. Again let me say thanks so much for your time, your honesty, integrity, and your making us feel important.
