     Hey Randy: My husband (Donald Pate) and I purchased a camper from you and I just wanted to take a minute to tell you, we were very happy with the service and hospitality we received during our purchase. We also enjoyed the hot dogs, drinks and snacks while we shopped! I would also like to put in a good work for Mr. Billy Bishop (shop manager), he was very friendly and helpful. We have owned many campers in the past and I must say that he was the best shop/service manager of all. Thank you for making our camper shopping and purchase a very nice experience.

     Tommy & I wanted to let you know what a very pleasant time we had doing business with your business in the purchase of our new travel trailer. As I told you we did go to another place of business to compare prices. We both left that establishment with an uneasy feeling. Not that they were rude to us but we were just not comfortable. There was a sense of pressure for us to buy right then and we told them from the beginning we were shopping. We were up front with them and told them we had already been some where else. When we left you we told you the same thing and you urged us to do just that. We so much appreciated that about you. We practically spent two days with you and your people and could not have been more pleased with the way you treated us. There was no pressure and no running back and forth to the sales manager trying to make a deal. And while I'm at it, we would like to give praise to your shop man, Billy. He is very knowledgable about the product you carry, very helpful with any questions we had, very friendly and we appreciated that about him. You definately have a huge assest to your company with an individual like Billy. Again let me say thanks so much for your time, your honesty, integrity, and your making us feel important.      Dear Randy, I just wanted to tell you how much we apprectiate all you and your staff did for us in helping our sale progress and finalize. We are very happy with the Columbus 5th wheel and all it has to offer. As time moved along we knew we wanted a 5th wheel and something for our retirement future. We checked several other dealerships from Warner Robins to Stone Mtn, GA and just didn't find what we wanted. We went back to your competition "down the road" to look and did not want to go to Campers Inn after the last experience we had. Needless to say we did not see anything at the competitors lot we liked. As we were driving past your lot I saw this one from the road. I thought it was nice looking so we decided to give you a second chance. Needless to say it was the best second chance ever embarked on! The first positive aspect was your salesman Larry Greene. He did a great job in not pressuring us, gave us a tour of the lot, allowed us time to look for what we wanted and made us feel welcome around the dealership. He is a likeable man that has a knack for sales and helping others. Please give him a pat on the back from us. Second was your Service Manager, Tom "T.J." Cooke. What a story teller he is and what a small world it is. TJ is our back yard neighbor and we didnt even know he worked at Campers Inn. When we saw him and he made us feel so at ease and showed us all the inventory for parts in case we need anything. We knew it was a good choice to stop by when we saw our neighbor. He gave us his word that if something happens to our new fifth wheel him and his team will stand behind their work. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Keith the business manager, what a character he is. I've never enjoyed talking money and how much I'm going to spend like I did with Keith. He explained everything from payments to warranties and helped us get the best plan. Then we met Billy the service man who gave us the tour of our new 5th wheel. What an asset he is to your dealership. We have been RV'ers & Camping for 15 years now from tents to travel trailers and he showed us more than anyone ever has about our new unit. He was very patient in teaching us how to hook up the hitch and made sure we were safe and comfortable with it before we left the lot. Last but not least is you Sir, the Location Manager and what an impressive and kind manager you are. I saw you out in the rain helping customers, I saw you working the floor, answering the phones and doing just as much labor as your sales staff. That impressed me a lot and shows what type dealership and team work you have there. My husband and I both work in law enoforcement and we know first hand how a team is what makes a job either a pleasure or misery and you have a great team there to lead. We are so glad we gave you and the Campers Inn a second chance and we look forward to enjoying our new Columbus 5th wheel. I can assure you I will recommend you and Larry to anyone I come in contact with that is looking to buy a new RV. I can also assure you I will drop by to see you all and have a hotdog with you. It was a pleasure meeting you all and I wish you nothing but success for the dealership.

    Dear Mr. Sullivan (Campers Inn Raynham Location Manager) A few weeks ago, I went to your parts counter to make my first purchase-a rather insignificant sale for your company, but a major step in my entry into the RV world. Your employees were polite, attentive, and very helpful. The invited me to attend your Winterization Seminar today, which I am glad to report I did. Thank you to your parts people. You and your staff made me feel just as welcome at todays seminar as if I had just purchased a 6-figure $ motorhome. The information, both technical and handy tips, was just what I needed. I have been learning what I call "Camper-ese" for almost a year now. I didn't even suspect how much there was to know about operating and driving my used MH and its systems. The information presented at your seminar gave me many new insights and ideas. It also made a lot of what I have recently learned to gel in my mind. "Thank you" to those who arranged and presented each segment of the day. Particular thanks go out to Carey Benson and Brian Cretian for sharing their expertise so freely. To add pleasure to satisfaction, I also had the winning ticket to the first drawing to be called, so I selected the Director's chair. That was on my short list of items to purchase soon, so I am thrilled to have this one. I hope to buy another soon for my wife. "Thank you" for your generosity. My last planned stop was to spend a few minutes with a salesmen. Lou opened a 2007 Class B+ for me to drool over. Thanks, Lou. Perhaps someday... Finally, just before I left, I brought some Green Shield Pro Mold Treatment. Not an exciting topic, but I'm thankful that you included it in the seminar.     Hello Mr. Weber, I wanted to recognize an employee of Campers Inn that went above and beyond for his customer. This recognition is for Sam Fulcher, the Parts and Service Advisor at the Mocksville, NC location. Let me tell you why. I have been an avid camper all my life. My father, in his 70’s living in Phoenix, Az., still owns a nice Class A. I recently purchased a 2005 Fleetwood Pioneer 28ft. that had been left in the woods. When I got it home, I realized the weather forecast was calling for rain. Knowing the camper had leaks and structural problems, I wanted to get it as waterproof as quickly as I could. I opted to go to your store in Mocksville when I live in Salisbury and Bill Plemmons RV is closer. Upon arriving at the Mocksville store I approached the parts desk with my crumpled dirty list and my own disheveled dress. Mr. Fulcher was at the service desk and immediately asked if he could help me. I presented my list and he quickly went through the store methodically ticking off the items on the list. He was also making recommendations along the way. I appreciated the recommendations and agreed with them resulting in more of an upsell for Mr. Fulcher along with a more satisfied customer. The moral here is I am not 65 years old and walking in to buy a $500K Class a coach…..yet. I am just a working guy, who looked run over that day, and appreciates Mr. Fulcher not looking down on me. As long as I receive service like this, I will continue to return to Campers Inn for my parts. As I build my wealth and upgrade to bigger and better camper, I will give your company the opportunity for my business.
