Since opening in 2008, we have satisfied hundreds of customers with RV service, parts, and sales including new RVs and used RVs. Located at exit 149 off I-75 in central Georgia, between Macon and Warner Robins, we enjoy sharing the RV lifestyle with folks from Key West to Canada and all points in between.
Campers inn was founded when the Hirsch family had a less than pleasant experience while shopping for a folding camper in 1966. Art Hirsch knew he could do a better job selling RV's by simply treating people with the respect and courtesy they deserved, and the first Campers Inn location was born in the front yard of their Acton, MA home.
At Campers Inn of Macon-Byron, we are proud to be part of the Campers Inn family and continue the legacy of excellent customer service as we strive to always treat our customers the way we want to be treated ourselves. Our focus on the number one Core Value of Campers Inn-Integrity-will ensure a positive experience for our customers and long-lived success for our company. We are fortunate to be able to service our customers from a 5-acre facility with a full parts and accessories department, 5 service bays, and a 14,000 square foot indoor heated and cooled RV showroom.In a few short years our loyal customers have helped us grow to the point where we are stocking over 100 RV's from the nation's top manufacturers. We carry everything from pop-ups to motor homes including ultra-lights, toy-haulers, fifth-wheels and more.
Our central Georgia location surrounds us with 8 RV parks and the Georgia National Fairgrounds. This offers us the opportunity to enjoy the RV lifestyle occasionally with our friends and customers, hosting events like the doughnut breakfast for the Heartland Owner's Group and grilling hot dogs and hamburgers at one of our mini-shows in a local campground. Twice a year we are thankful to be involved with the Good Sam Georgia Samboree providing the sausage biscuit breakfast on Saturday mornings. Besides the RV lifestyle we are focused locally on community support through our annual collection events for Toys for Tots and the Middle Georgia Food Bank as well as our personal donations to these organizations and the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. We are thankful for the opportunity to serve the RV community and bring pleasure to the lives of our valued customers by helping to create a few "Memories That Will Last a Lifetime."
