Frozen Fruit Salad

by mpucalik 22. April 2011 21:42

A camping recipe from Alan. Try this fruit salad for dessert. You serve it frozen like ice cream.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 20 ounce can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 pint frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup whole pecans
  • 2 bananas (sliced)
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
Preparation:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Make sure you let the cream cheese soften first, so you can mix it better. Try and get bananas green, not ripe. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9 x 13 pan or one large cake pan. Cover and freeze.
